Keto 4-ingredient cake recipe

Here's a simple 4-ingredient keto cake recipe for you

Ingredients:

4 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice)

1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.

Add the almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake has cooled, you can enjoy it as is or add some keto-friendly frosting or toppings of your choice.

This simple keto cake is low in carbs and high in healthy fats from the almond flour. It's a great option for those following a ketogenic diet and looking for a quick and easy dessert. Enjoy!
